
The 12 winners o this year’s Scots Language Awards wis announced on Saturday evening in an ceremony held in Dundee.
Anne Donovan wis the winner o the Janet Paisley Services to Scots Award, while the Scots Radio sponsored Scots Project of the Year Award went tae The Maiden’s Leap with Historic Environment Scotland an Perth High School.
Meanwhile, there wis success for several nominations fae the North-East, wi Doric Dad winning Scots Media Person o the Year an the Doric Board’s ain Gordon Hay receiving the Scots Bairns Book of the Year Award.
Mearns Academy also received the Scots School of the Year Award following their recent success at the Doric Film Festival.
