Gordon M Hay will be launching his Aul Testament in Doric in Longside Parish Church on Friday 30th June at 7.30pm.
This is a historic occasion as it will be the first time the whole Bible has been translated into any form of Scots.
Young ballad singer Jodie Beaton will be taking part in the evening and copies of the translation will be on sale at the end.
