An event premiering a mixture o Doric poetry, cello music an dance is set tae tak place in Aiberdeen later this month at the King’s Pavillon, University of Aberdeen (UoA).

The Doric Dwams Dance is taen place atween 2pm-2.30pm on 26th November an will include performances fae Emily De Simone on the cello an North-East poet – an Scottish Scriever – Shane Strachan’s Doric haiku.

It will also include music written bi Aileen Sweeney an dance routines choreographed bi Rose Mackley, which will feature performers fae City moves’ Fusion dance troupe.

The event his been organised in collaboration wi the Sound Festival an the UoA’s WORD Centre for Creative Writing.
